Services

SFS provides supply and professional installation of safety & security window film for residential and commercial properties. Service availability varies by location (GTA + Golden Horseshoe).

Estimates, quotes, and scope

• Estimates may be based on the information you provide. Final pricing and scope are confirmed after measurement and site conditions are reviewed.
• If site conditions differ (glass type, access, existing damage, frame construction, etc.), we may update the quote before proceeding.
• Quotes may be time-limited due to supplier pricing and availability.

Scheduling and access

• You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work areas at the scheduled time.
• Please secure pets and remove fragile items near work areas where practical.
• If work cannot be completed due to access or unsafe conditions, rescheduling fees may apply where permitted.

Payments

Payment terms (including deposits, progress payments, and timing) are outlined on your quote and/or invoice. Past-due balances may delay scheduling or warranty service.

Product performance disclaimer

Security film is designed to help hold glass together and increase resistance/time to entry. It does not make glass unbreakable and does not guarantee prevention of break-ins or property damage. Results vary based on glass type, film selection, installation method, and conditions.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) may apply to film products. Any workmanship terms (if offered) are provided on your quote/invoice. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, modification, pre-existing glass defects, or conditions outside normal use.
